Frequently Asked Questions
- A $20 deposit is added to your first order for the Grand Arrangement's glass vase. This deposit is fully refunded after you end your subscription and return the vase. Please leave the previous week's vase outside on your delivery day for us to collect.
- We can leave your dahlias at your front door or a specified location. If you're going on vacation, please email us at info@dahlias.com to reschedule your delivery or pause your subscription.
- We love to surprise you with a diverse mix of colors and varieties each week! However, if you have a special color request for a specific date, please let us know at least three days in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate for a $5 surcharge.
- Just like other cut flowers, change the water daily and keep them in a cool area.
