Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages according to Dahlia's Song recipes and quality standards.

• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and juicers.

• Ensure proper espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art (if applicable).

• Prepare fresh ingredients for smoothies and juices, ensuring they are both fresh and properly portioned.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including equipment, counters, and storage areas.

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management.

• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently during peak periods.

• Handle customer inquiries and professionally resolve issues.

• Assist with general store duties, including cleaning, stocking, and opening/closing procedures, as needed.
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food service role preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso and milk steaming.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds.

• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Food handler's permit (if required by local regulations).
